Tips for Proper Use

• Inspect Before Use
  Hold the mask by the ear loops. If there are any holes or damage, discard it and use another.

• Fit It Correctly
  Don’t pinch the nose strip—use both hands to bend it gently so it rests snugly against your face.

• Full Coverage Is Key
  The mask should cover both your nose and mouth at all times, even while talking or moving.

• Once It’s On, Keep It On
