How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders received before 11 AM Eastern will usually ship the same day or next business day.  A few products to require longer prep time and may have a slightly longer lead time.  Orders shipped to the East coast are generally delivered in 2 to 4 business days  while the West Coast is 5 to 6 business days.  Once your order ships you will receive tracking information at the email address provided on the order.


How will my product be shipped?

Ampro uses FedEx Ground for most shipments.  Adhesives and wood will be sent FedEx Freight.  For adhesives, a lift gate can be provided at no cost to you.  For unfinished wood, all orders can be shipped to a residence with a lift gate, a business, or picked up at the shipping terminal. FedEx will reach out to set an appointment to have the wood delivered at the phone number on the order.


What qualifies for Free shipping?

Wood orders above 500 square feet qualify for free shipping via FedEx Freight.  Supply orders over $300 qualify for free FedEx Ground shipping.


What if part of my order is damaged?

Each item is carefully packaged and shipped in order to avoid damage.  If your order gets damaged or missing, please note it with the driver, if possible, and let us know.  We know timing is an important factor and want to make every effort to complete your order.  We recommend confirming all products have arrived undamaged and correct before scheduling any work.

All orders must be inspected at time of delivery for damages and missing items. For all wood orders damages must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery. Square footage should be verified and verify the delivered product is correct. Please note any shipping damage or shortage on the BOL with the freight company. The customer must contact us within 24 hours. Wood must be maintained in a climate-controlled environment at all times between delivery and installation.


Pre-Installation

For prefinished and unfinished wood: Make sure the grading is correct according to NWFA/NOFMA standards. Wood needs to acclimate to jobsite conditions before installation. In order to make a warranty claim moisture reading of the product and subfloor must be noted. All wood orders will have moisture readings made prior to shipping. Notate any visual defects or concerns before installation. It is expected to have 5 – 7% culling for waste and damage for hardwood flooring products.


Installation

If any concerns with the product arise during installation, please stop the install until further instructions from an AMPRO representative. Ampro cannot be held responsible to ANY floors installed not to NWFA standards. Before any return or claim can be authorized AMPRO reserves the right to send an independent 3rd Party NWFA inspector to inspect the jobsite and material.

Installation constitutes acceptance of all products.
