Return Policy

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective within 15 days of the date of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.  

All returns require prior approval. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be included on the outside of the box to identify your return. Returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once you have been issued an RMA, you must ship the product so that it reaches our Returns Processing Center within 10 days. 

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $15.00, whichever is greater. If the products were shipped under our free shipping policy, there is an additinal return fee equal to the list price of the outbound shipping. Products must be returned to our warehouse at your cost. 

Products not in the original packaging or where the packaging is damaged, products with broken factory seals, products missing warranty cards, manuals, accessories, or components, products discounted and products that were special orders cannot be returned. 

Refunds will be issued after products are inspected and deemed sellabel as new. We reserve the right to make this determiniation.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
