Availability
Availability of our products is subject to change without notice. We make every effort to assure that our inventory is available as
shown when ordering on this site; however, American Products, Inc. (hereby known as Ampro for some purposes of this website) cannot be
responsible for accuracy of product availability.
Quotation
Quotations are valid immediately unless otherwise noted. Any clerical or inadvertent errors will be corrected with notification to
customer as soon as possible. Prices are subject to change with notification to you prior to shipping.
Payment
Ampro accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Customer’s credit/debit card will be charged at the time the order is
entered into our system. Payment will include any shipping charges/freight required. Back ordered items will be charged when shipped.
Freight
We will attempt to accurately estimate freight charges at time of order. Due to size, weight and other factors, freight charges are
only an estimate until product is shipped. Estimated freight will be charged at time order is entered into Ampro system with adjustments of
either credits or debits charged or returned to your credit card at time of shipment.
Sales Tax
Ampro is required by law to charge local and sales tax in some states unless proof of tax exempt status is provided. Customers should
check with their state and local tax agencies for guidelines and policies. If business is found at a later date to be non-exempt, Ampro
reserves the right to charge the original credit/debit card for the applicable tax.
Cancellation and Restocking
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of shipment. Without exception, any orders cancelled after payment has been processed
will be charged a 20% restocking and processing fee. Also, without exception, all returns must have an approved RMA and will be charged a 20%
restocking and processing fee. Returns will normally be processed within fourteen (14) working days of Ampro’s receipt of the return. Customer
will be responsible for return freight charges. Ampro will not be responsible for freight damage on returned items. Any such claim damage on
returned goods during freight will be between customer and freight carrier.
